Description

Late 18th century. 2-storey and attic, 3-bay rectangular-plan plain classical house. Painted render, rubble to sides. Architraved openings.

N (ENTRANCE) ELEVATION: pilastered and corniced doorway; deep set 6-panelled timber door and letterbox fanlight; single window aligned above. Single windows to both floors of flanking bays; gabled dormers to roof.

Plate glass glazing, some timber sash and case glazing; rooflight. Grey slate piended roof; stone skews; broad rendered corniced gablehead stacks; circular cans.

INTERIOR: not seen 1997.

BOUNDARY WALLS, GATEPIERS, GATE AND RAILINGS: rendered coped boundary wall and gatepiers with pyramidal caps; cast-iron gates at centred pedestrian entrance, and vehicular entrance to garage at outer left. Cast-iron railings.
