History

Early to mid C19, late Georgian (shown on Tithe map).

Exterior

2-storey, 2-window symmetrical pebbledash front with cill band, rusticated quoins and plinth. Hipped slate roof, modern brick chimney stack with wide boarded eaves. 16-pane sash windows with freestone lintels and cills; reeded doorcase with panelled reveals and part glazed 6 panel door. One small-pane sliding sash window to left end. Rubble revetment wall to rear.

Reasons for Listing

Group value with Nos 21 to 25 and the Masonic Hall.
