Exterior

2 storey, l window house. Rubble masonry. Steeply pitched slate roof, plain eaves, bargeboards. Stone stack, slate water tabling.
Tall, narrow gabled dormer set wholly in roof. Slated checks, plain bargeboards. 12 pane sah window. 12 pane horned sash window to lst floor, stone lintel. Similar to ground floor, lintel replaced by iron girder, rendered over. Doorway offset to right. Rectangular fanlight over modern part glazed door. Slate steps to street.

Hipped dormer to roof at rear, slated cheeks, 12 pane sash window. Unsympathetic modern extension.
