History

Early C19.

Exterior

3 storey, 1 window, scribed stucco on brick. Plastered plinth. Gently pitched slate roof, lead ridge. Stock brick stack with saw toothed cornice to cap bearing 8 circular brick flues. 8 pane shallow sash to 2nd floor. 16 pane sash to 1st floor. Sill band. Larger 16 pane sash to ground floor. Plain reveals, stone sills. Cellar openings below.
Door offset to left. Original hooded doorcase. Rectangular fanlight. Modern door and steps.
