Exterior

Circa 1850 terraced house stepped uphill from No 49. Painted lined stucco with slate roof and rendered W end stack. Two-storey three-window front of 16-pane sashes with painted slate sills and centre arched doorway with 4-panel door and plain fanlight. Panelled reveals.

Reasons for Listing

Not marked on 1848 Meyrick estate map, but built shortly afterwards.

One of a pair with No 51 which has retained original character.
