History

Terrace of 2 cottages which originated as a mid C18 storeyed house. In the mid C19 the house was converted to two cottages with a third added to the R. The first two are now combined once more. Above the former original entrance (now a window) is an inscribed sandstone plaque with the inscription:"17 RTK 52 /Huffordia blentyn/ym mhen ei ffordd/a phan hereiddio/nid ymedy a hi".

Listed for its special interest as one of a terrace of C19 cottages incorporating an earlier, mid C18 dated house.
