History

Small animal house built in 2 parts, shown on the Llandrillo tithe map of 1843.

Exterior

Small single-storey lofted range, of random stone under slate roofs. The 2 parts are separated by a butt joint and were probably built at different times. The S part may have been a cow-house; 2-door gable end with boarded doors under stone lintels; loft opening to gable with corrugated plastic sheeting. The front has a wide partly boarded 2-light window immediately under the eaves. North part of building may have been a stable at one time. The front has a boarded door to centre, with a boarded window opening to its R, though these openings appear to have been altered. Three brick pig sties adjoin R-hand end.

Interior

No access to interior at time of inspection.
