Circa 1830. Three storeys and basement stuccoed with rusticated ground floor.
Roof concealed by parapet with raised central band. End pilasters rise through
first and second floors. Three sashes, the first floor windows having cornices
and brackets over. Set back round-headed doorcase with cornice and brackets.
Later extension to right-hand side, not of special architectural interest.
