C15 or earlier timber-framed building originally with open hall but now 2
storeys with plaster infilling and curved braces the ground floor rebuilt
in red brick. Hipped tiled roof. Four casement windows. In the centre of
both floors is a bay window of 2 tiers of 7 lights with wooden mullions and
transoms and diamond-shaped leaded panes. Gables over containing one attic
window. John Wesley preached here.
