Substantial house, formerly detached; now flats. Early C18 with late C18 refacing to east facade. East facade of yellow brick. Roof not visible. Three storeys plus basement. Seven windows wide, the three centre bays set forward slightly with crowning pediment above second floor. Steps up to central C19 projecting pilastered porch of stucco. C20 door. Square gauged headed windows, flush frames, sashes, glazing bars. Console cornice (painted stone?) above second floor. Blind oculus to pediment. Parapet. Early C18. Rear facade with red dressings to upper storey; central three-storey segmental bay window; tented canopied first floor veranda across whole front supported upon iron "Saracenic" piers.
Interior with polished black and white marble floor and bolection moulded oak panelling to entrance hall; staircase in panelled room to rear left rising two flights, with turned balusters having acanthus decoration, etc.
