Church

GV II

Church. Later C19. Habershon and Pite. Yellow brick. Pitched slate roof to
eaves. Free Byzantine style. Apsidal facade to Abbey Road of 7 bays, including
central apse with superimposed gabled entrance of 3 arches and carved capitals.
Lombard bands and corbel tables to porch and eaves of main part. 2 tiers of
round headed paired windows with stone keystone and cast iron columns between
lights. Wheel window to upper centre of west facade. Interior not inspected.
