1788. Red brick. Rectangular. Advanced panelled porch containing stucced
segmental-headed doorcase with date and Latin inscription above; pediment
with ball-headed acroteria. 2 tall round-headed windows, 1 semi-circular
window centre. Dentilled pediment. The chapel was founded 1698.
