C18. Elevation to Bayley Lane. Red brick and stone dressings; three storeys, eight windows with key blocks. Rusticated stone doorcase. Quoins to sides and intermediate corners. Moulded stone cornice at second floor with inset pediment rising to coping of third storey. Brick tympanum to pediment; quatrefoil window. Returned side, ashlar, two storeys, the lower rusticated with blank arcading. Five bays. Five windows in moulded architraves with drips tones. Roman Doric columns divide the windows. Damaged pediment over. Plain pilasters to sides. County Hall on Ordnance Survey map.
