Farmhouse. C17. Timber framed with painted brick infill; partly
rebuilt in timber and brick; clay tile roof; brick ridge stacks.
T-shape lobby entry plan with 2-bay hall range and 2-bay crosswing.
Hall range to left of one storey and gable-lit attic, projecting
gabled wing to right of 2 storeys and attic, and single-storey lean-
to extension in angle between the two; C20 casements, 2 to hall
range and one to extension, wing has central first floor and attic
windows and ground-floor window to the left; ogee-headed door to
centre of hall range within a small gabled brick porch. Framing:
3 square panels to eaves, short straight braces to hall range, long
straight tension braces to wing extending from corner posts to first
floor bresummer; left hand return of wing has one square panel
decorated with a framed quatrefoil.
