GV II

House. Late C18 with later alterations. Red brick; clay tile
roof; brick ridge stack and brick integral end stack. 3-room plan
with stairs opposite entrance. 2 storeys and gable-lit attic with
dentilled eaves course; 3 windows, casements with segmental heads;
C20 gabled porch to left of centre with C20 casement. West gable
has toothed brick band at first floor level and the exposed ends of
a pair of purlins. Interior: former inglenook with chamfered and
stopped bresummer; salt box; spice box; chamfered ceiling beams.
