Water-mill, now flats. Mid to late C18. Ashlar, coursed squared stone,
graduated stone slate roof. 7 bays. Built into hillside, 4 right-hand bays
have 3 storeys, others have 2. All windows have plain stone surrounds and
C20 casements. Bay 5 has half-glazed door with C20 double garage board door
to right. First floor: bay 3 has half-glazed door, reached by 13 stone
steps, to left a small 1-light window. To left of right-hand bay a half-
glazed door. Second floor: 7 bays have C20 casements. 3 ridge stacks.
Right return, has large cast-iron undershot water-wheel.
