Wesleyan Methodist chapel. Dated 1840. Red brick in Flemish bond, stone
dressings, Welsh slate roof. 2 storeys, 3 bays. Central double leaf 4-
panel door with fanlight in pedimented Doric surround. All windows have
round-headed sashes with margin lights, stone sills, impost bands, moulded
archivolts and keystones. Eaves band with central stone tablet over
inscribed 'Wesleyan Methodist Chapel MDCCCXL'. Pedimented gable with stone
coping and 3 ball finials. Included for group value.
