Cottage. Probably early C19. Coursed sandstone, pantile roof 2 storeys, 1 bay. Openings have deep lintels. To left, 4-panel door. On each floor a side-sliding sash window with projecting sill, the window of smaller size on the first floor. Shaped kneelers, ashlar coping. Brick end stack to right.
