Lodge to St. Ives Mansion House (q.v.). Early-mid C19. Hammer-dressed stone, stone slate roof. Single storey. Symmetrical facade. T-shaped with semi-octagonal projection to front with two-centred arched window with Y-tracery in each of three faces, side has pointed-arched doorway. Rear block has similar door to either side of projection and two arched windows in side walls. Hipped roof, tripartite to front and oversailing supported on wooden posts. Ashlar stack to centre.
