Villa, one of a row of three. c1850. Stucco on stone rubble;
end stacks and rear axial and end stacks with stuccoed and
brick panelled chimneyshafts; hipped slate roof.
PLAN: L-plan with 2-room front block having entrance to rear
of front block on left side to stairs and passage behind front
rooms. 2-room plan service wing at right-angles to rear right.
EXTERIOR: 2 storeys; symmetrical 2-window front with verandah.
Ground-floor French windows with glazing bars behind 5-bay
verandah with paired posts infilled with trelliswork and
part-glazed, part-slated roof. First floor has sash windows
without glazing bars under segmental-arch heads and with
stucco architraves. Stucco is lightly blocked out as ashlar
and quoins each end with vermiculated rustication. Side
doorway contains C20 door under plain overlight.
INTERIOR: not inspected but likely to be of interest.
