Small house. Early/mid C19, some late C20 modernisation.
Stucco on stone rubble; right end stack with plastered brick
chimneyshafts; slate roof.
PLAN: One room wide, one room deep.
EXTERIOR: 3 storeys; 2-window front. Stucco front is lightly
blocked out as ashlar. 12-pane sashes. Front doorway to left
contains a C20 panelled door. Plain eaves and gable-ended
roof.
INTERIOR: Not inspected but likely to be of interest.
Forms part of a group of small C19 houses in a narrow
backstreet.
