Late C16 cottage and adjoining barn with a later service wing added to the east.
Rough-cast rendered timber frame; thatched roofs, half-hipped to south gable. Red
brick ridge stack. Painted brick facing and end stack to east wing. One storey
with attics. Two gabled casement windows with glazing bars and 2 windows and
plank door to east wing. The interior has stop-chamfered beams to inserted floors.
Side purlin roof and exposed timber framing in single bayed attached barn to the
north. Remains of a baking oven project from the west wall.
