1851 (datestone). Hammer dressed stone. Reducing diagonal buttresses to each
corner. Ashlar plinth. Pitched slate roof with alternate pairs of courses: plain
and serrated slates. Stone ridge. Square ashlar footstones. Corbelled ashlar
cornice to gutter. Coped gables. To west is ashlar bellcote with coping with
roll top (no bell). To east is seven sided tubular finial. South elevation: Stone
porch to each end with pitched slate roofs and coped gables. Doorways have ashlar
surrounds and pointed arched heads with chamfered reveals. Western doorway has
hood mould over. Porches have side windows with chamfered reveals and hood mould
over. The main elevation has three windows, each with three slender lights with
pointed arched heads, chamfered surrounds and mullions, and deep hood mould over.
Windows have diamond pattern leaded glazing. Inscription above inner door of west
porch:

North elevation: Three windows as south elevation. Single window to each side
(one blocked) with pointed arched heads and deep sills. Hood mould over. East
and West elevations: Central 6-light window with transom, top two central lights
are taller. Lights have pointed arched heads, chamfered reveals and mullions.
Hood mould over with round stop.
