2/32 Barn and cowhouse about
20 yards south-east of
- Holt Farmhouse

GV II


Barn and cow house. Perhaps C18 but remodelled in early C19. Coursed
rubble, corrugated asbestos roof. Aligned north/south, 5 roof bays.
2 x 2 rows of ventilator slits flanking central threshing entrances,
3 west-facing cow house entrances: 2 to north are blocked. Interior:
raking and queen strut trusses, rafters have shaped ends. Included for
group value.
