Cottage. Early C18. Brick and timber frame with brick nogging.
Steep pitched pantile and corrugated asbestos cement roofs.
Rendered brick and rubble plinths. Coped gables with kneelers.
3 gable stacks. 2 storeys, 2 bays wide. Street front has gabled
wing to left. Small casement. To its right, late C19 triple
sash with segmental head. To right again, Yorkshire sash with
segmental head. Above, to left, a sash. East side has large C20
glazed timber lean-to porch with door and to right, a casement.
Above, C20 sloping dormer. Return angle has, above, a Yorkshire
sash. To north, toilet, shed and cartshed, mid and late C19,
brick and corrugated iron with pantile and corrugated iron roofs.
West sidia has 4 bays of box framing with a curved strut.
