Mid C19. Stone rubble with slate quoins, slate roof with round or diagonal
stepped chimneys, 2 storeys. Gables. Casement windows with pointed lights
and small panes, a large bay window and an upper oriel. A Tudor-arched
porch. The centre part may be late C17 or early C18, and Gothicised later.
Low proportions and thick walls. Middle part roughcast and white-washed,
facing the road, with centre porch, upper oriel, gable, 2 windows on ground
floor and 3 above. Flanking gabled wings.
