Block of 3 dwellings in one unit, now student health centre.
Early C19, altered. Scored stucco on brick, hipped slate roof.
Square plan plus side wings to rear. Two storeys, 5 windows,
symmetrical; with plinth, 1st-floor sill-band, projected
eaves. Very wide round-headed central doorway with keystone,
set-in tripartite doorcase with panelled divided doors, side
lights, cornice and fanlight with very slender radiating
tracery; four 12-pane sashed windows to each floor and a blind
window above the doorway, all with plain reveals. Four-window
side walls in similar style, but with slightly simpler
doorways to the 2nd bay and 4-pane sashed windows. Interior
not inspected.
