Dairy. Late C19. Octagonal in plan with chamber to east. Built of flint with red brick dressings and tiled roof. Projecting chamber has hipped roof with metal finial supported on wooden brackets with half-glazed door in square bay flanked by sidelights. Dairy has wooden verandah, octagonal louvre to provide top lighting and ornamental cast iron weathervane.
Interior of dairy is tiled with white tiles with a blue border, and has three blue tiled panels, one depicting pheasants, another rabbits and the third a dairymaid.
