Detached house. 1908-9. By CHB Quennell. Red brick with
rusticated brick quoins to central bay. Tall tiled hipped roof
with central 3-light sash dormer, tall brick chimney-stacks
and overhanging bracketed eaves. Double fronted design. 2
storeys and attic. 3 windows. Central entrance with early C18
style scallop shell hood on shaped brackets; part pattern
glazed panelled door. 1st floor flush framed sash with exposed
boxing and brick apron. Flanking bays have 5-light canted
bowed bay sash windows through the ground and 1st floor where
the bracketed eaves follow the bowed shape.
