C17-18. Low, L-shaped building, of colourwashed granite rubble with tarred
plinth. Two storeys. Two windows, C19 double-hung sashes and easements,
no glazing bars. Sides of projecting right hand wing are slate hung above
ground floor. Slate half hipped roof. Flat headed dormer. One tall brick
chimney stack.


The Sloop Inn, and Nos 2, 3, Slipway Cottage and Sloop Cottage, all in
Back Lane, form a group.
