Terrace house, now shop. Early C18, refronted early C20. Brick,
iron framed facade. Original building much altered to form shop. 2
storey and attic. Slate roof and 2 gabled dormers, Elevation: 2
glazed recessed entrances and side entrance. Light moulded timber
shopfront with rounded top corners. Panelled fascia. Continuous
first floor fenestration in 9 bays, also with moulded columnar
glazing bars and rounded cornered flat arches. Dentilled cornice
and fascia over. Wall rises to form parapet.
Internally: pair lotus headed cast iron columns to No 17. 2
panelled early C18 door to attic stair. A good survival of a once
common form of shop front.
