House, now hostel for after-care. Mid C19. Flemish brickwork,
slate roof. 3-storey, 4 bays, entrance in 3rd bay leading to rear
stair. Rear 2-storey extension and 2 bay extension to right.
Gable stacks, three diagonal flues to left gable. Ground floor
pair 3-panel doors. Round-headed 2-pane sashes all under semi-
circular turned brick arches. First floor 12-pane sashes with
gauged brick arches. Second floor 6-pane sashes. Wide eaves,
opened over windows. Further building to right, 2 bays 2-storey
