Early C19 front concealing C16 timber frame. 3 storeys red brick, painted
stucco band between storeys. Stuccoed frieze, projecting plain, leaded,
wood cornice, stucco parapet with coping. 2 windows to upper floors, recessed
sashes, no glazing bars, segmental brick arches, later metal window boxes.
Early C2O shop front.
Interior: to rear a 6 bay range extending to west, exposed frame on lst floor
with wall posts, tie beams, trusses, principals and collars. East end remains
of cross range.

Nos 26 to 40 (even) and Nos 46 to 54 (even) form aa group.
