House, No.1 now shop. C16, with C19 and C20 alterations and additions. Timber framed; close studding with lath and plaster infill. Ground floor underbuilt in plastered brick. Old tile roof; brick internal stack. Three-unit plan. Two storeys and attic, three-window range. No.1 has late C19 half-glazed four-panelled door and shop window C20 canted bays, with continuous lean-to roof across entire facade, First floor has late C20 sashes. Left return side to Henley Street has close studding, hipped roof and brick stack. To rear building obscured by additions.

Interior: exposed framing and broad chamfered ceiling beams. Straight flight staircase, Late C19 single-storey addition on right.
