8 houses, now offices. Before 1811. Sandstone ashlar with plinth and quoins; roofs
of nos.13, 16 and 19 of graduated Lakeland slate; other roofs renewed in Welsh slate;
brick chimneys. Symmetrical terrace of 2-storey houses ranging from 3 to 5 bays; 33
bays in all. 6-panelled doors with fanlights in classical doorcases, open-pedimented
alternating with engaged-column-and-entablature type under pediments. No. 17 has
been subdivided and given 4-panelled doors. Sash windows, mostly with glazing bars,
plain reveals. Moulded plinth, sill bands and gutter cornice. Central 3 bays and
2 bays at each end project, the latter in bows; quoins and coped blocking courses
to the centre and end features. Hipped roof with ridge chimneys.
