House, now school. The home of the Higgons family from the C16 to the C17. Large
double-L-shaped building, of which the old portions are the west and south wings.
These are medieval, much altered. Two storeys and attic. Six windows. Three
dormers. Stone rubble and knapped flints. Tiled roof. Mostly modern casement
windows, but two are old. Larger modern additions to the north-east.
