C18-early C19. Formerly stables to Swan Inn which stood on north side of East Street; storerooms at time of listing (1971) now in retail use. In two sections: red tiled hipped roofs with tiled ridges. Brick dentilled cornice below eaves. Two storeys. Four small glazed openings on second storey; two wooden boarded doors. Four original semi-circular windows on ground floor; four doors (one modern).
