Early C17 farmhouse. 2 storeys. 3 windows. Stone, west side brick. Tiled roof,
half-hipped with louvred gablet to west. Casement windows with stone mullions
and original diamond panes. Contemporary brick porch to which a later addition
has been made on its north-west side. Original door within the porch.
Porch House and Lamsbottom Farmhouse together with Nos 45 to 55 (odd) North Street
form a group.
