Late C18. [marked on 1735 map]. Red brick. Centre bay of north front in grey brick headers with red brick dressings. Hipped slate roof. Red brick chimneys.

Two storeys. Plain brick stringcourse. Brick modillion eaves cornice, three bays to north, of which central one breaks forward and is crowned by a modillioned pediment. All windows on this elevation are double-hung sashes with glazing bars. Doorway has Tuscan pilasters with pronounced entasis, and a dentilled pediment above a pulvinated frieze. Door with six fielded panels, and early C19 knocker, in panelled reveals.

Five ranges of double hung sash windows with glazing bars in east elevation, except for two south ranges whose windows are blocked with grey headers. Two segment-headed cellar windows with glazing bars and three cellar windows blocked with grey headers. South elevation has two ranges of double-hung sash windows on ground floor and first floor, but basement openings are modern.

Nos 45 to 63 (odd), 67 to 73 (odd) and 77 to 83 (odd) form a group with Nos 46 to 62 (even) and with pavements and railings.
