Early Cl9 estate cottage. Slate saddle-back roof. 2 storeys. 2 windows.
Wide window bays projecting forward on either side of narrow central recess.
Flint with red brick quoins at either side of each window bay, window dressings
and 6 lacing courses. Casement windows with glazing bars: of 3 lights above
and of 2 lights below. Wooden boarded door with sloping slate hood over
on brackets.
