House with front of circa 1840, probably with older core. 2 storeys, 7 windows,
the outer 3 at each side in half-octagonal projecting side bays. Stucco. Over-
sailing, slated mansard roof with bracketed eaves cornice. Sash windows with
glazing bars on 1st floor, vertical bars only below. Quasi-classical wood porch
with mutule cornice and square columns.

Nos 107, 109A, 109B, 111 and 113 form a group.
