The following building shall be added to the list:
2/246 No 265 (Keepers Cottage)
Cottage. Late C18. Red brick with grey headers in Flemish bond on brick
plinth. Old clay pegtiled roof with chimney-stack to left-hand side of external
chimney-stack to rear. L-shaped building of 2 storeys. 2 windows to front with
central window blocked. Rubbed brick arches and C20 casements in original
quoins. Central door case with wooden architrave, 4 panelled door and C20
gabled porch. Left side elevation has curved tile hung gable, casement and 6
panelled door. Rear elevation has gable with curved tiles. Attached to front
is a red brick garden wall with stone coping, cast iron spear rails and 4 brick
piers with stone coping. Internal features include open fireplace, central
spine beam and plank doors.
