Orangery, now store. Mid C18. Red brick with tiled roof obscured by parapet. Single storey with eaves brick course, dentilled. Five bays tall glazing bar sash windows with arched heads under projecting moulded flat boxes. Moulded panel below central window. Double panelled doors in right hand return front. Catslide to rear with pantiled roof. Associated with the remodelling of Esher Place in the 1730s by William Kent.
