Two cottages, built late C18 and probably as one dwelling. 3-cell plan. One
storey and attics. Timber-framed and roughcast. Roman pantiled roof with
axial chimney of red brick; gabled casement dormers. C20 casements and
boarded entrance doors. Primary braced studwork and on-edge floor joists
typical of late C18 cottage construction. A partially concealed number on a
binding beam in Willow Cottage may be the date of construction.
