Early C19 or possibly Cl8 but cement rendered 2 storeys. Steep pitch
hipped slate roof, shallow wood eaves cornice. 3 windows, sash, with
moulded flush wood frames, thin block sills. Central recessed door of
6 fielded panels, 4 glazed, panelled reveals end soffit. Flanked by
broad reeded engaged Doric columns, frieze and dentil cornice over.
Later wood verandah.
