C16. Range of simple cottages, timber-frame and later brick, embodying
earlier sandstone and wattle-and-daub. Single storey plus attic.
Plain tile hung gable on left. Early C19 casements. Old tiles to
Nos 14 and 14A; brick stacks.
Nos 18 and 19 rebuilt re-using original timber framework.
All the listed buildings on Castle Green form a group.
