A small C18-C19 clay lump building with a thatched roof situated immediately
to the north of Wheelers Arms Inn and forming a group with it. The
north-east end is faced in red brick. Small casement windows (boarded
up). End chimney stack. Boarded door, A brick faced (painted) wing
with a slate roof extends at the rear.
