Farm House. Dated P I A 1763. Coursed limestone rubble with ashlar dressings; clay tile roof with coped verges on kneelers; hammer dressed ashlar end stack and limestone rubble ridge stacks. Two storeys; 2:1 windows; catslide outshut to right hand bay; two light casements to first floor, four light casements to ground floor; central C20 door; continuous dripstone above door and ground floor window. Low extension to left with board door to right and casement window to left.
