Circa 1840 former school converted to house. Painted brick. Plain tile roof with stone coping to gable ends with kneelers. Two storeys and attic. Back to road. Garden front two pointed arch windows with diamond panes and dripmoulds. Large gabled central porch with moulded brick pointed arch doorway. Elevation to road central pointed arch window. One storey and attic wing to south-east.
