1860. Architect, G E Street. Gothic style. Bed brick with stone dressings,
blue brick bands and decorative slate roof; 2 large gables with plate tracery
windows; square bellcote with gables set diagonally on roof. Attached is a
2-storey house in similar style and of red brick with gables.
